Air and mucus stuck
I have been having a tough time swallowing or even breathing in air as i feel like I'm choking, I've had sinus. And i Know there's mucus in my throat, but i don't have cough as such to expel it out as well. This is causing me problems to sleep. I'm diagnosed with a panic disorder. Due to this choking, it triggers my anxiety and i end up having palpitations. Is this an ent problem or is this more panic induced?

Needs a throat evaluation. Preferably by a fibre optic endoscopy. Although in absence of swallowing problems and history of smoking this is likely to be non-significant and doesn’t seem alarming.
