Aggresive short tempered impatient
I m being very impatient and become aggressive when things do not happen as per my wish. Keep on thinking and live in past tense. I keep on remembring past memories and become aggressive when someone says no to me I cannot hear no from any one. i want the things and people to act in my way only.

From your writings it is clear that you are well aware of your problem, just that you are not able to handle it ny your own. When some body umderstands their drawbacks then half of the battle is won. Now to understand what cause the problem and how to manage it.you need professional help. You are getting frustrated with the fact that you can't control everything around you. As a human being we must accept those things we cannot change and must have the courage to change those things which we can. But to implement this thought into action you must seek help for proper guidance.

Dear Member, It takes guts to accept our weak side. You have openly shared about it - this shows you understand the inappropriateness of your reaction pattern. Good. Now if only that was enough, you would have changed. Similarly just asking for online advice will not suffice. Merely having someone tell you "this is wrong, dont repeat it"  is not the solution you are looking for. Please visit a psychologist nearby and explore with them more about your emotional mental health, age related personality changes and moodiness, life stage transitional issues, etc. You may find a hint there that will bring longterm results.
