After unilateral salphingectomy
I have undergone right fallopian tube Removal due to ectopic pregnancy on May 2023.. my marriage was on Jan 2023... my left tube is normal and have normal menstrual cycle.. we have tried after the surgery but didn't concieve... how to get pregnant naturally after unilateral salphingectomy
