Hello! Firstly visit a dentist and get an X Ray done of the tooth to rule out any infection with respect to the RCT treated tooth. If everything is fine pls go ahead with a full coverage restoration that is a crown as post RCT the tooth becomes brittle and it needs to be protected with a crown. The pain in the gums needs to be evaluated if it's generalised as it could be a Perio( gum )problem . You need to be clinically evaluated to draft the treatment Plan.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist immediately and get an X Ray done
Health Tips
Post root canal treatment the tooth becomes brittle and chances are that if a crown is not given it might fracture ! So pls get a crown on that tooth post your X Ray if everything with the root canal is perfect!
