I had unprotected sex with my partner a week ago, and I took Unwanted 72 immediately afterward (within 40 mins).
My last period started on 15th August, and my usual cycle length is 28–30 days.
I didn’t experience any side effects right after taking the tablet.
However, for the past few days I’ve been noticing symptoms:
Itching in the vaginal canal (worse at night, improves during the day).
Burning sensation while urinating.
Yellow, concentrated urine.
Since it was my first sexual experience, I’m not sure if these symptoms are due to:
Normal healing after first-time intercourse,
A side effect of Unwanted 72,
A possible urinary tract infection (UTI), or
A possible sexually transmitted infection (STI).

Your last period was on 15 August.
You had unprotected sex about a week ago. That means it was on 30-31 August or 1 September. That was the fertile period. You could have conceived.
You didn't have bleeding under the effect of i pill. So it could be a case of failure of i pill.
I suggest you wait till 20 September. If you don't get your proper periods you should do a urine pregnancy test. Further management as per the test results.
Itching is because of fungal infection
Burning urination could be due to excoriation following fungal infection or coincidental uti
U can get a test done to find out
Sex predisposes to both urine n vaginal infection
Though unrelated to emergency pill intake
Keep in mind the high failure rate of emergency pills and do a pregnancy test in case u skip your periods
