After delivery doubts
Hello Doctor, -After babies birth does mother need to keep cotton in ears to avoid air to enter into ears. - should I need to wrap cloth to head? - should wear slippers to avoid coldness? - Need to drink warm water all the time After delivery? - Is it Mandatory to avoid Green chilles? - Is it necessary to keep heat to vaginal area and whole body? - Should not touch cold water until 3 months to avoid body itchiness. - should cross legs for normal delivery people? Please suggest. Thank you Doctor.

No you don't need cotton in your ears you don't need to wrap  your head  in a cloth you should definitely where slippers green chillies can give you acidity so avoid food with to much  spices You can touch cold water no need to keep heat in the vagina you might end up with burns avoid sitting cross legs in normal delivery for up to 6 weeks You can have warm or cold water whatever you find comfortable
