AFI-10cm,weeks pregnant
Hello doctor, 29 weeks pregnant Just had my Doppler scan everything was normal,except my AFI which went down from 12cm to 10cm, from last scan,radiologist and gynaecologist were not really concerned about it, my radiologist said that this kind of fluctuation happens, said me to drink lots of fluid,for two days doctor gave me injection of DECKXA, and FOCI gr sachet, for 15 days,my only concern is will the amniotic fluid will decrease from here onwards, just getting tensed.The amount of water i am drinking, not being thirsty is making me feeling unpleasant, and moreover I am urinating water ever I am drinking I feel.

Your amniotic fluid level is normal. It will reduce further as the pregnancy advances. None of the treatments recommended for increasing the amount of amniotic fluid are 100%  successful. So be happy that no Doctor is trying to give you wrong information.

Everything is fine.AFI is absolutely normal. There is no need to be stressed out.Drinking plenty of fluids is advisable whether u have decreased liquor or not as pregnancy is a state with high predisposition for urine infection.

Its not very low, as they said fluctuation happens. You cant get stressed about everything. Urination in 8th and 9th month is common, because of the babys pressure over the bladder
