The patient is on first line of anti tuberculosis drugs. Her haemoglobin is very low, around 8, RBCs also low as well as the total count also, please prescribe a medication to use. I attach here  report. Relevant answers expected. Maximum regards.

Hello Was Hb before the treatment normal? Or was she anemic before that also there any other comorbidity present
