Advice during the current time
I took first line of anti tuber culosis drugs I took them for 11 days after that I skipped 8 days due to heavy nausea, lastly my doctor prescribed them again and I'm again on it from the 9th day Is it alright ?

It is advised to take anti tubercular drugs continously to avoid drug resistance,do a online consultation with a pulmonologist for further evaluation and management

Hi noted above history and related issues. For TB as per WHO guidelines and DOTS category max duration of medication is upto 6-8 months depending on type of TB And yes nausea and vomiting is due to TB medication itself

Ideally it's not right but nothing can be done for the skipped doses right now. Do not interrupt the treatment again. Intrupted treatment can lead to serious consequences
