Hi Sir ,
i have wet cough since 3 years . i dont have any other symptoms like fever , sudden weight loss and illness. is there any possibility that it will be tuber culosis.
please suggest me the tests to be done to diagonise tb
does quantiferon gold tb test helps to diagnise tb in single shot or not

To begin with you will need a chest Xray , Sputum AFB smear and quantiferon TB if the sputum AFB is negative. However I would strongly suggest you to see a pulmonologist first.

Need to check, also to investigate to ruled out any possibilities of tuberculosis, allergic bronchitis...etc so i suggest you to go for pulmonologist openion then go for test accordingly...
