I have been having mild depression and mood swings for approximately one and half year, after the corona lockdown, i.e., March 2020 (may be due to lack of social interaction). I, sometimes, feel very low, no urge to do anything and just lying on the bed. Sometimes I become very irritable & get angry on small things.
So I wanted to know should I take Himalaya mentat tablet?
If yes then what should be the dose and duration of course?
If no, then what should I do/take?

1 गिलास गुनगुना दूध + 1 चम्मच घी + 1 चम्मच मिश्री daily रात को सोने से पहले लें।
दिन में ना सोएं।
देर रात तक ना जागें।
1 गिलास गुनगुना दूध + 1 चम्मच मिश्री + 1 चम्मच महाकल्याणक घृत daily रात को लें (30 दिन)
All these will work much better than the tablet.
