I have been suffering with inattentive behaviors since childhood. I have gone through a lot of trouble all those years. I have started working as Software Engineer after my college and the problem has become even worse,given the conditions i have to handle now. Not paying enough attention in meetings and other discussions lead to serious problems.

I would suggest you see a counselor or preferably a hypnotherapist. This issue can be resolved with a few psychotherapy sessions and patience. CBT can also be used but it usually takes much more time comparatively.
