Hi,
I strongly suspect myself of having inattentive adhd, after multiple self-assesment tests, my life history etc. I'm looking to first get it officially diagnosed with proper standardized tests through an affordable online consultation (offline won't work for me). I'm also looking for a doc who has experience with diagnosing inattentive ADHD in adult women (which went undiagnosed since childhood due to "masking" & lack of awareness), and helping with non-medication strategies to cope with it (understanding hormonal issues and PMS/PMDD and anxiety (with panic attack & depression episodes) linked to it will be greatly helpful).
Please guide me through the process.

ADHD is diagnosed commonly through clinical history. Standardized testing is done by clinical psychologists.
Non medication strategies for pmdd include supplements like Primrose oil, Vitamin B6, Sunflower and pumpkin seeds, while medication options include SSRIs taken during luteal phase.
However, untreated ADHD is commonly associated with other psychiatric illnesses like depression, anxiety and personality traits which may require treatment.
