ADHD assessment
I need to get assessed for ADHD (ADD/inattentive type). Although I'm not too hyperactive, I have always struggled with Inattentiveness, forgetfulness, mental fog, difficulty staying focused, disorganization, and zoning out. My mind keeps racing from one thought to another all the time and is never quiet. There's always a monolog going on in the background. I also fidget a lot. All this I've experienced my whole life (at least as far back as I can remember). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adults tend to have inattention more than hyperactivity, more so with women. Do consult a psychiatrist in person and get assessed. Good luck
