Adhesion of foreskin with shaft
Hi Doctor, i have attached photo for your analysis. Please check if it's really looking foreskin adhesion? In flaccid state also my penis glans remain exposed. In erect state you can check foreskin tip has some redness and sticking to shaft. If i am trying to move it forward it again sliding down look like inner tip not moving and outer foreskin moving and sliding down. My foreskin doesn't move back behind this point. Is this move backward till here only? I don't have any issue in erection but open glans causing problem while walking due to rubbing with clothes. Also while wearing jeans glans prickling due to zip . Also sometimes bulging of glans out causes discomfort. Please help me i live in village town where we don't have specialist doctors. Should i check this to a physician, dermatologist, urologist or a surgeon i am quite confused.

This appears to be moderate foreskin adhesion partial phimosis. It is not an emergency, but it can cause irritation, hygiene issues if left untreated.
Next Steps
See a urologist. Gentle cleaning with plain water only Keep the area dry and clean. Wear loose underwear to reduce rubbing. Urologist will prescribe a topical cream and gentle stretching exercises or a minor procedure accordingly. sometimes may need circumcision, or can be managed without surgery.
Health Tips
Do not force retraction this will cause tearing or scarring Do not self medicate Get it checked in person soon.
