You can seek medical help from your institution or from any government hospital without any expenses. Please don't do self medication. As you are a medical student it could be medical student's syndrome. Being a medical you should not be hesitant in consulting a doctor. Then how can you expect others approaching you with their ailments. Please seek professional help at the earliest and become productive to serve the society. All the best
