Hi I had pcos from 2 years. Using YAZ since then. i had pcos for both ovaries. In recent scanning I had pcos in only right ovary. Left is completely pcos free. But was diagnosed with Adenomyosis. Could you explain what is it. What is the solution for it. When googled it says it is related to heavy bleeding n all. But in recent period my periods stopped on day3 and from day4 jus spotting. Im 27yrs with a 3yr old child . Please explain

Adenomyosis means there are some pockets of tissue in the uterine muscle-wall (and not in the cavity of the uterus) which will behave like endometrium. So that tissue will bleed during periods. But it is lying deep inside the uterine muscle from where the blood can't escape. So it will become like a tumor.
It will be painful, slowly growing, and may even become a cancer.

Pcos is by birth n will stay all thru life
Will not cure automatically
The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
Adenomyosis is thickening of posterior uterine wall
Treatment will depend on symptoms
So not all adenomyosis patients will be symptomatic
If ur bleeding is normal u don't require any treatment
