My daughter 5yr old getting frequent cold cough during winter .if school is not she will be fine.otherwise she gets cold regularly.doctor suggested to go for adenoid scan after 2 month .can it be because of adenoid .is there any ayurvedic medicine for adenoid .can it be simple allergy cold

The symptoms which your daughter is facing is because of kapha dosha.
According to ayurveda, the lifespan of a person is divided into three parts. The first part is dominated by kapha dosha. The second part is dominated by Pitta and third part by Vata dosha respectively.
So in childhood, complaints and symptoms related to kapha dosha is common.
Immunity also plays an important role. Children’s with low immunity catch cold fast if they are in the company of people with common, cold and cough.
