I don't know much about homeo medicines, but yes there are good anti-inflammatory homeopathic medicine which can help reduce the inflamation in adenoid tissue.
But as an allopathic doctor i will tell u to get good and early treatment for your child's adenoid otherwise it can lead to secondary deleterious effect on his/her health like ear issue (Otitis Media), Sleep disturbed breathing etc
