Acute psychosis , schizo
Combination of antipsychotics is prescribed for which cases & what is the time limit of a trail of antipsychotic.. if reason of relapse is discontinution of trial combined with other factors then can it be said that there is treatment resistant schizo??

If it doesn’t respond to at least 2 antipsychotic medications of different class - it is resistant schizophrenia. One may try more than one medicine in such cases
