Pain while standing or sitting straight..was able to walk a bit by taking painkillers but unable to make normal movements due to pain

When sleeping on back keep a pillow below both knees.  When sleeping on side keep a pillow between both knees. Dont bend at waist.  But bend at knees to pick object. While getting up from bed turn to side first then slowly rise up. U need core strengthening exercise taught by physiotherapists.  Once pain subsides then see physiotherapists
