  4. Acute pain in left upper back. Advice.

Acute pain in left upper back
Acute pain in the upper left back just beneath left shoulder which is making it impossible to lift anything by left hand or to stretch my neck or left hand. Also its paining while sleeping on my left side or while turning or getting up after lying down. It's like a sprain but the entire pain is on my upler left shoulder a d spraining my left hand. 5 days its continuing. Tried pain relief sprays and a sprain and pain killer tablet from a medicine shop. Kindly advice.

Please visit an Orthopaedician for proper clinical examination and further treatment.  It may be a muscular pain.
