Acute Pain in and around wrist
About 3/4 days back I was carrying a rather heavy bed cover for dropping inside a bucket for washing,I had a sprain in my right hand wrist and now having acute pain in the little finger side of my right hand and getting acute pain if some one touches.What should I do.Take x-ray,if yes what x Ray is to be taken?and medicines if any required.Anyway I may tell little about my background.I have SLE diagonosed about 2 years back and now on medicines as follows-:1) Thyronorm 50, Pantaprazole 40, Wysolone 7.5mg.every alt.day,Azaron25mg,Folvite 5 mg,Calcuum 500 with Vit D3 and Hcqs200mg.Also Amlodac AT 5/50 1/2 tab.daily.Thanks.

Since ur already diagnosed with SLE just learn some exercises for the wrist joint and have some cold pack or give ultrasound therapy so that the sprain reduce the pain for you
