As mentioned you appear to have an acne issue on and off that responds well to Deriva & you appear a fellow Bengalurean.
Face cleansing routine and use of a good oil free face cleansing agent like Cetaphil for oily skin and left in contact for 3-5 mins while washing face is important as well.
Acnicin gel or Clearwin plus are two suggestions you may try that should prove far cheaper cost wise and contain the same ingredients as Deriva cms gel
