ACL tear on my leg knee
Hi, ACL reconstruction surgery (Patellar tendon graft used) happened one month back.Still, I feel the pain at knee and it is more while sleeping. Is it normal? If yes, How long this pain exists? Also, once I had to put the leg suddenly down from the bed. Will it cause any reinjury? Any symptoms to know that? I am bit scared on this?

Pain should disappear by 3 months as the PTB takes time to integrate and unite. You can keep foot down, starting with toe walking , proceeding to partial then full weight bearing.
