Acl sprain for 2 year
I think in india no one can doctor treat my problem I have consulted so many doctor and taking so many medicines but my sprain is not heal why 😭😭

Hi. ACL won’t heal of its own , ever. Please don’t wait for same. Focus on quadriceps strengthening exercises or get it reconstructed if u feel ur knee s unstable

Have you seen a pain physician?partial non healing tears respond well to regenerative therapies. May need a MRI if not already done.

There are certain locations of tears which don't heal on their own due to limited blood supply in that region. If this is the case, then a small minimally invasive surgery is recommended to repair it. This is also important to ensure there is no further damage.
