ACL reconstruction physio
Hi I recently had an ACL reconstruction operation. Like yesterday.. There is lot of pain.. However when I do the exercises physiotherapist suggested, the pain reduces. Due to this I keep doing these exercises more than what the physio prescribed. Is it OK.. If not what is the limit

Its OK to do more exercises, that won't harm you,you should continue the exercises until your thigh muscles are fully strengthened
