Hi.I'm suffering from complete tear. Surgery is advised. But recently I've found that there is stem cell treatment for acl tear. Does Stem cell treatment helps to cure better than surgery?.Can anyone help on this..Im confused!!

Stem cell treatments don't help for ACL tears. But the need for surgery or not is dependent on your symptoms and your demands from the knee.
If you are very sporty and knee feels.unstanle then you may need it. Also you may try dedicated ACL physiotherapy rehabilitation to help stabilise the knee. This helps a majority of people. If you have symptoms.even after that, then surgery is the solution.
If not an issue try physio rehab for 4-6months.
