Can I manage with full thickness near complete tear without surgery? Can I have an option of conservative rehabilitation? And what are the differences of results of conservative rehabilitation and arthroscopy?

1. Full thickness tear means total tear. Near complete tear mean some fibres are still attached. 2. You Canaveral without a ACL but you might encounter difficulty (instability) on uneven surface or soft surfaces like sand. 3 Try conservative treatment for 4-6 weeks, post that if you have pain or instability then opt for surgery. 4. Post arthroscopy you will have a stable and reliable knee. Post conservative, knee performance and strength are unknown.
