Delaying acl surgery is not good as it cn lead to cartilage damage. If possible get yourself operated early.

Hello. The great three ACL tear is usually serious and needs a surgery. What would be expected of you after you join the police. If you are expected to train and involve in rigorous exercises and training program , that would be not good for your knee and rather aggravate. With an injury like this you would also not be completely capable to taking part also.
