If you don't have much pain/swelling during knee motion or walking, then keep on doing exercises as adviced. Spend more time on knee flexion exercises.

Yes. You will gain full range of movement with good exercise.. Continue doing the exercises as adviced by your surgeon.. It may take another 3 to 4 weeks to gain good movement range..
