Acl and pcl complete tear
I have complete acl and pcl tear . Doctor suggested me for surgery but i am fear thinking about problem created because of surgery and the i have needed to take rest after surgery . My doctor said that i have to take rest about 26 to 53 weeks. And i am a housewife and 2 childrens i can't take rest for such a long time and they are to small.

You need to take rest  for no more than 2 weeks. You can walk non weight bearing with a walker from day 2 post surgery. You can work freely without walker by 4 weeks post surgery.

This can be done and you will be able to walk within a week well. No need for extended duration of rest.
