To control acidity, focus on a diet that includes low-acid foods like bananas, melons, oatmeal, and green vegetables. Avoid or limit citrus fruits, tomatoes, spicy foods, and caffeine. Smaller, more frequent meals can also help. Consult for personalized advice based on your specific condition.

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

No chance of cancer at this age. Don't worry. It might just be GERD. It is known as acid reflux disease due to lifestyle and irregular food habits. Start pantop 40mg one before lunch and one before dinner for one week. Consult for further evaluation of the cause of it.
