Acidity is result of poor digestion and there are many reasons behind it. First one needs to clarify those reasons and then get solution. Start day with rice based products in breakfast, and please don't ever skip breakfast. Keep not more than 3-4 hours gap between meals ( except dinner & breakfast) and should follow a regular dietary pattern. Drink atleast 2.5 litre water per day. Avoid oily, fried and spicy food.
