Aching ankles, feet, lower legs..
My both feet, ankles, shins are always aching & paining. All reports like esr, crp, ra factor, vit d, b12, xrays of ankles etc are normal. There is no swelling or redness. Consulted many doctors but no specific cause has been identified. The problem seems to have started since wfh began & seems to have increased after a bout of covid infection last year. What could be the reason & solution??
