Ache near gums post RCT
I had RCT close to 45 days. I still need to put cap on the tooth as doctor advised me to wait for a month or so. For last 1-2 days I have having pain around the gums where RCT was performed while chewing. And pain is so severe that I not able to use that side of mouth for chewing. Shall I put the cap now?

No you shouldn't. You should get an x-ray to check whether everything is good, before getting a crown.
