  4. Accidental fall from bed. Is necessary?

Accidental fall from bed
On 28 nov my 10 days old new born fall from bed while i m adjusting nipples shield so that he can feed while crying he just moved his head due to which he fall from feeding pillow as he fall he slept after 2 to 3 mins we tried him to wake up he responded he is ok licked milk cried did all activities as he was doing earlier. I consulted nearby pediatrician. He got usg of his head done thats too is fine I want to ask in future koi issue toh nhi hoga growth me due to fall. on the spot symptoms is necessary??
