Acceptable Diabetic range
What is an acceptable diabetic range that I should maintain both fasting n post breakfast. Due to the kind of work my breakfast is delayed does that impact my blood sugar levels and what should I avoid to ensure I am within the blood sugar range.

Please maintain fasting sugar below 100 mg/dl, post lunch below 140 mg/ dl for non diabetic conditions. Avoid white carbohydrates diet rich in sugar, Potatoes, sugary drinks and junk foods. Have fruits and vegetables in meals. At least 2o min walking daily. Cake pastry

In general fasting between 90 to 110 , prandial 140 to 160 is ideal HBA1C. < 7 ideal
