Absent pregnancy symptoms at 14 weeks

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I am 14 weeks 4 days pregnant and don’t have any pregnancy symptoms except heartburn. My 13 week ultrasound scan was completely normal. My next scan is scheduled at 20weeks. Since there are no symptoms of pregnancy how do I be sure that my fetus is doing fine without repeating scan

Its not necessary that you ll hv some symptoms like vomit n tiredness n all.. Wait for a month you ll start feeling fetal movements. Or else get urself checked by a gynaecologist who cn mk u listen to babys heart beat by doppler.
