Abrupt pain in waist left

I am having pain in waist area on the left side which sometimes also result in pain in left leg. I can feel some shakiness and tremors in the nerves where pain. I am going for physiotherapy sessions and consulted orthopedist too, but my pain is not subsiding completely. Some days I don't feel it at all and other days it is severe. Please let me know which specialist should I refer too. I don't know what triggered it but it started with one nerve suddenly starting to pain.

If the conservative management is not helping please consult a pain management expert who can guide you for further evaluation by examining you and for the need of a Mri. Please don't ignore as this could be a sign of a spine problem.
