Start eating more fruits... Now I get relief from stomach n constipation issues
But now how can I gain weight without such heavy products?

Need proper information about your daily routine, medical condition, blood report, height and weight. For constipation take 1 tablet Triphala with luke warm water at bed time or 1 tsp psyllium husk with Luke warm water 20 mints before meal. Drink 4 litres water in a day. Increase fibre in your diet. Include energy dense food like nuts, dry fruits, egg, fish, milk and milk products.
