I took the tablets for vit b12 for 15 days, so by this  almost my dizzyness and headache has gone , so how long should i continue this?

U can stop taking Vit b12 since u took it for 2 weeks. U can took multivitamin syrup like zincovit syrup 5ml once daily for general increase in immunity.

You should get tested for vitamin b12 deficiency If there is any plan your further treatment accordingly You can take b12 supplements continuously for a period of 2 months and then give it a rest for some time and start again

If you are vegetarian, continue taking that as veg diet doesn't have b12 in it It has no harm. Avoid drinking tea empty stomach as it has tannic acid, it decreases absorption of b12.
