Vaccine can be given. In fact, it is very important. If you don't give the vaccine, infection can occur which will decrease weight further. Please visit a pediatrician for check up and treatment for underweight

Hi, yes you can get the vaccination done. Include fruits, vegetables, carbs , fat and protein in her diet for weight gain. Decrease in weight affects her milestone development.
