Tiredness can be due to pregnancy, but also can be a symptom of other problems. You can meet your doctor who will take a detailed history and maybe advise some tests and prescribe medicines accordingly As you're trying for a pregnancy you should not take any medicine without consulting with your doctor You may need to take Folic acid which your doctor will prescribe.

Tiredness could be an early pregnancy symptom, but it may also indicate anemia, thyroid issue, or nutritional deficiency. Next Steps: Get tests: hemoglobin, thyroid, vitamin D & B12, calcium, and urine pregnancy test after missed period. Helpful Tip: Eat iron-, calcium-, and protein-rich food. Rest well and stay hydrated.
