Avoid sugar, rice, potatoes, carrots,yum, banaa, sweetened fruit juices, refined flour like maida, junk food. Do daily exercises, follow diabetic diet. Do daily walking. Meet a dietician . You may require drugs to control the sugar levels or may require insulin also. In 8 th month of pregnancy, u have to consult a gynecologist with your sugar values
