About ovulation
I am trying to track my ovulation, can anyone tell me if this is ovulation discharge? It was slippery and stretchy.. today in the afternoon i felt a rise in my internal temperature. My temp didn't change on the outside, only felt the heat on the inside.. Last period date was 22nd to 25th march

Discharge is stretchable and increased in quantity. It suggests ovulation.
The temperature should actually rise by half a degree and it should be measurable by thermometer.

If u hv a 30 day cycle ovalution should approximately happen between 29 april to 8 may
