I'm 21 yrs weight is 48kg Is it normal or abnormal weight or should i increase my weight. pls give me suggestion.

According to your height, weight should be around 55kgs. Add more of dried fruit, fresh fruit, green leafy vegetables, eggs, milk, meat etc., to your diet. consult Dietitian...
