About my periods
Iam 43 year old.i have two children .till date my periods are regular .but last month 24 was my period I didn't got period.i had done pregnancy test .it is negative why I missed period what may be the reason

Hello, as age advances periods can become erratic, this is called climacteric,  menopause doesn't occur abruptly,it's a slow progress towards menopause. But you should get yourself evaluated for Thyroid disorders, diabetes and hypertension as routine . Wait for periods to come and if doesn't consult again
