From the last 2 years I am experiencing mid cycle spotting in 2 to 3 months and i visit gyno nd did usg scan in the first ultrasound my ovaties are filled with multiple follicles dr said it due to hormonal imbalance nd that spotting is ovulation bleeding then again I did usg scan my reports are normal but my mid cycle spotting still seen and now last month on 13 th december i take ipill for prevention of pregnancy I get bleeding on 31st December which is light bleeding and again on 18 jan i experience light bleeding no other symptoms is there what is this?
