Mid cycle bleeding frequently

Hi m 30 year old...from few months m hving mid cycle blleding like dark brown sticky clots which r seen while wiping with tissue paper n spoil the panty ...i mean i need a panty liner for dat....on 13 april.i had normal menses flow bleed but on 28 april i strtd hving dese above mentioned type of spotting....my thyroid fuction test is normal?can anybody explain...m really scared...jst in nov last year i got married .....had taken i pill after hving unprotected intercourse with my husband in dec...is it related with this?
